– Merry Quine-mas Wow.  Synthesizes Joy to the World, and prints the lyrics syllable-by-syllable in time to the music, has a picture of a Christmas tree and the words MERRY XMAS in space, and is a quine.  Impressive.

Stripes: A Conceptual Operating System User... →
Very nice.  There are a couple of things I’m not huge on; the large unused screen space, the vertical menu, the way the contextual menu shows up.  Also, the inability to arrange multiple windows on the screen at one time.  But these can be fixed with relative to ease.  Would be especially great with a full touch interface (can’t wait till we get those standard).

Sadly, my quantum physics knowledge isn’t good enough to understand this, but the bloggy summary here is nonetheless readable.  (Really, I just wanted to have the words “Quantum Propulsion” on my blog.)
